On November 2, 2011. I just installed Ubuntu 11. 10 on my EEE! I have been having alot of problem with the sound in windows 7. Lately the computer have been locking up when i play sound and made it unusable! I tried changing the drivers, several different drivers from asus site and also the windows native drive but all gives the same problem. Just as a test i installed Ubuntu to see if it fixed the sound problem, and it did! I couldnt be more happy with this change! Now im .
